Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Mobdi services ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Mobdi is a suite of AI-powered plugins for Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including but not limited to Premiere Pro and After Effects. The Service includes:

• Maktob — AI transcription and captions
• First Cut — AI rough cut generator
• Transitions — AI video transitions
• Sound Design — AI music, SFX, voice over, and audio enhancement
• Stock — AI stock footage generator

The Service is delivered via plugins installed on your computer and backend services accessed via the internet.

3. Account

You must register an account to use paid features. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. Subscription and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Lemon Squeezy. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime through the billing portal. No refunds for partial months. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Generate content that infringes copyright or trademarks
• Generate deceptive, harmful, or unlawful content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service to compete directly with Mobdi
• Exceed reasonable usage on unlimited tiers

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create using Mobdi. AI-generated content (music, video, transcriptions, voice overs) may be used for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the licensing terms of underlying AI providers (ElevenLabs, OpenAI, video generation services).

7. AI Disclaimer

The Service uses third-party AI models. Output may contain errors, biases, or hallucinations. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing or distributing.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party API outages, or unforeseen issues may cause downtime.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can delete your account anytime by contacting support.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." Mobdi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes will be resolved in Cairo, Egypt.
