If you're not satisfied with your first Mobdi subscription, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Email hello@mobdi.pro with your account email and a brief reason.
What is refundable
- First-time subscription purchases within 7 days
- Annual plans cancelled within 7 days of purchase
- Accidental duplicate charges
What is not refundable
- Subscription renewals (monthly or annual after the initial 7 days)
- Top-up purchases (digital goods, consumed upon purchase)
- Partial month refunds when cancelling
- Charges older than 30 days
How to request a refund
Email hello@mobdi.pro with:
- Your account email
- The order number (from your purchase confirmation)
- The reason for the refund (optional, but helpful)
We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Cancelling without a refund
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard. You'll keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days by Lemon Squeezy. The actual time to appear in your account depends on your bank.
