What we collect
To provide the Service, we collect:
- Email address and name (for account)
- Hashed password (we never see plain text)
- Usage data (minutes processed, tools used)
- Payment information (handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy)
- Audio and video files temporarily during processing
How we use your data
We use your data to:
- Operate and maintain the Service
- Process payments through Lemon Squeezy
- Send transactional emails (verification, password reset, billing)
- Improve the Service
- Comply with legal obligations
What we don't do
We never:
- Sell your personal data to third parties
- Use your content to train AI models
- Store your video/audio files after processing
- Read your transcripts or generated content
- Send marketing emails without consent
Third parties
We share necessary data with:
- ElevenLabs — for audio processing (transcription, music, SFX, voice over, enhancement)
- OpenAI — for text analysis and AI brain functions
- Lemon Squeezy — for payment processing
- Resend — for transactional emails
- Railway — for infrastructure hosting
Each of these has their own privacy policies which we encourage you to review.
Data retention
Account data is retained as long as your account exists. Audio and video files are processed and immediately deleted from our servers. Usage data is retained for analytics and billing purposes.

You can:
- Access your data — contact us
- Correct your data — through account settings or by contacting us
- Delete your account — contact us
- Export your data — contact us
Security
We use industry-standard security practices: HTTPS encryption, bcrypt password hashing, JWT authentication, and secure cloud infrastructure. No system is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your data.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication (JWT tokens stored in localStorage). We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.
Children
The Service is not intended for users under 13.
